DO NOT USE!! I phoned up to place an order last Wednesday and gave my card details over the phone to pay and I was told that was it ordered and the timeframe was within 5 working days but for my area they should be within 3 working days. I gave my email address and contact number and I was told I’d get a text on the delivery day. I’ve not received a confirmation email or an invoice. 4 working days after ordering and still no oil or text so I phoned up to check if there was an update. A person named Matthew answered and said I never placed an order with them, I said yes it was 123 oil, I placed an order over the phone and gave my card details to you over the phone, he said it wasn’t him, it must’ve been his father Nicholas (it sounded like the same guy from Wednesday and he had a very distinct voice). He said would check and then hung up on me! I called back immediately to ask why he’d hung up and he responded extremely rude saying he needed to hang up to check and see if my order had went through (well tell me before you abruptly hang up the phone!) and proceeded to argue with me over the phone. I checked my bank statement and no money was taken so no order was even placed, even though my bank details were taken over the phone and he confirmed over the phone the order had been placed. I don’t know if the company is a scam or it’s a badly run business but do not use!!

Matthew has been out to me a couple of times now, first time for a emergency. Always kind courteous and on time, far better service than I've received from some of the competitors, cheaper too which is a nice bonus!!

Not happy at all told me a difference price over the phone.

Then took my details for my bank card over the phone. Charged me twice the amount

Then refused the try and help me settle the problem with them.

Wow. Fab service as first time having our oil tank filled, I didn’t have a clue what to expect. Nick was great, explained everything to me, very friendly , very helpful.
