Unfortunately a mistake was made with my order and they had ran out of stock. They were upfront, polite and kept good communication. I was offered a number of alternatives which were more than reasonable. Though I ultimately took the refund, the high standard of customer service and professionalism would not deter my future business and I hope to make future purchases through them.

Absolute top bunch of boys, had a bike I’d sold, realised it had an issue and needed to post it the next day. Quick call when they opened and was told to bring it over, sorted in 5 minutes and they didn’t want to take anything for it. Rare to get that level of customer service nowadays!

Honestly faultless bike shop.

Phoned up as a spoke was loose on my wheel, they helped get my bike ride-able again and talked me through the options available and explained what was going on with my bike.

Amazed by the superb delivery and service this shop provides! I’ve only used them online due to not being local, but imagine their in store service is just as impeccable. Managed to place an order and literally received it the next day, well packaged and exactly as described (felt even more fortunate as they were the last store in all of the UK to have the item I needed in stock!). Would certainly recommend them as an online store to anyone and will certainly be checking their site again before ordering online elsewhere.
