Our first meeting with Darren was an excellent indicator of what the company would go on to deliver; he was prompt, fully equipped to answer our endless questions and delivered on the schedule and post-fitting queries. We ended up opting for a different battery and although the battery system fitted was unfamiliar and his first instalment, he was eager to make sure it was up and running and fully supported by the GivEnergy support team.

Darren and his team spent time making sure that they had totally understood what we needed from the solar panels and where we wanted the batteries, even making sure that we had a plug in our office that would work in a power cut. They were happy to provide different options for larger and smaller systems to see what the different paybacks were.
