31 Storeys refurbished our entire home and were very good in all aspects of the project from design, planning and building. We are very pleased with large open plan kitchen/dining area ideal for entertaining. The entire house has been refurbished to a perfect finish. Additionally they build a new outhouse which is good for storage/workshop. The project manager guided us throughout the building process with a well coordinated building team. Would highly recommend them for any big projects.

The 31 Storeys team refurbished our entire home, including opening up the kitchen/dining area, and completing a 2 storey side extension with an utility room at the back. It was great that we were able to work together by having on-site meetings to discuss design ideas, that way we were able to bring our own ideas across clearly but also come up with pragmatic solutions. We were able to get a hold the team when needed which we were thankful for! Thanks to the team for the excellent finish on the house and we are happy to say we are enjoying our new home a lot!

When we first started working with 31 Storeys we instantly knew they were going to create the perfect home for us. Bav's vision and design ideas made the home work for a family of 4 but also look amazing. The finishing to the work is amazing and the attention to detail. The team were always working hard and we had no issues with faults or things being done to a substandard level. I would highly reccomend 31 Storeys if you are looking for a design edge and amazing results.

We've been working with Bav and the team on a complete renovation and extension of a mixed use 3 story building, which was on a busy high street and with limited access.

I'm glad to say It has been great working with the team. Bav and the team were very professional and brought a number of helpful and practical design ideas to the build. Organisation was good with weekly on site meetings (and extra when required). This helped keep tracked of progress. We were always able to get hold of Bav - he always picked up his phone (not the case for many other trades people I've worked with in the past!)

We are really impressed with the level of finish and attention to detail from the whole team. I would happily recommend working with 31 Storeys and look forward to using them again in the future.

I cannot thank 31 storeys enough. My refurbishment was quite complexed to say the very least but Bav reassured me that there was nothing to worry about and come up with a solution. I was very nervous and on edge about the plans being accepted from the local authority; but with the assistance of 31 storeys he got these approved first time. Do not look no further than 31 storeys; they made the transition from start to finish seamless. This what really sets them apart from the rest. Amazing all around.
