My overall experience at 4KS was second to none,

Initially i was really impressed by the extent to read how many reviews i read online that 4KS forklift training had and the 5* experiences,

Now after undergoing the 10 day instructor course i really have first hand witnessed why such positive reviews were being given one after one.

The 10 days of my instructor course flew by due to the jam packed lessons with a perfect balance between theory and practical,

It made me really grasp what being an instructor is truly about,

From Portraying the skills we need to relay future lessons to our students, learning material, body language and tonality, allowing us as candidates to have clear transparency what it will take to become Qualified instructors and successfully give our future students what they need to strive with greatness at their respective job roles,

The team and Director especially welcomed like a family member, it wasnt like i was at school it was more like i had met new family members, the way my questions were welcomed, and my inquisitive nature was perfectly matched by a experienced and well seasoned FLT instructors instructor Tony,

He came with a sea of knowledge, his experience in the industry alongside his well chiseled teaching ability really made me feel like “wow this level of depth was something I didnt expect to receive”

Tonys ability to interact with me and my peers showcased how well 4KS recruit and nurture their staff so us as the students receive the ultimate learning experience, allowing us to absorb their years of knowledge and experience.

And thats what good teaching is about, relaying that key and vital information and resources in turn equipping us with everything we need to make our progress and experience out of this world.

Tony also helped by allowing me as a student to interact with my peers allowing me to become comfortable to learn which ultimately is whats key when taking on a new journey and a starting a new chapter.

The manager Rizz and Director Sheikh, finally delivered the most generous gesture by offering me a THE perfect job opportunity to grasp and nurture my new career as a FLT instructor, which is so important to me, as ar times when starting something new having that guidance is priceless and invaluable thats exactly the service and standard held at 4KS,

The Counterbalance forklift training and test were of a very high standard. Instructor Olly was very good at explaining how to properly and safely perform maneuvers and how to properly maintain the equipment. The other instructors who trained other groups were also very good. Furthermore, the atmosphere was very positive, which made learning very easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend the "4KS Forklift Training" school to everyone; if you follow the instructions and advice of the instructors, you will definitely pass.
