Really helpful staff, very patient with my concerns/requests. Got me the bike I wanted in the colour I wanted with a great finance deal (0% at the time)

Gareth and the team really did look after me and the bike, wow what a bike, fantastic. Love it, just a shame it rained over the bank holiday weekend so didn’t get as many miles as I wanted. I will be back again.

Just picked up my new kawasaki z900 se from these guys and I have to say the service by Tim and the team was outstanding from start to finish .Tim talked me through all the controls and considering the variation of bikes they do was very impressive these guys really know what they are doing and are very focused on customer service and care .would highly recommend them if you are looking for a bike as you are sure to be well looked after.

Great service, very welcoming sales team, I in no way looked like I was about to buy a bike, just browsing really, ( I knew I was going to buy one though) the handover of the bike was very comprehensive, not rushed at all, and the after sales care is second to none! I called to view a bike I had seen online, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. At no point did I feel pressured; instead, I was encouraged to simply sit on the bike and assess it. We discussed other color options, and the exceptional customer service, from the moment I arrived, was complemented by the absence of any hidden fees. The price advertised was the final price. We had been to a couple of bike shops before visiting 5Ways in search of a well fitted helmet and leathers. Harley was super knowledgeable and reassuring with fitting helmets and clothing ensuring everything fit my partner correctly. 5 star standard wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future!

Travelled and hour to this place as its so much better than my local dealer. Not only did they repair my bike in half the time, they were also very happy to sort two other little jobs that I hadn't booked in for or paid for. (I feel like I'm looking forward to my next service now that I've found this place) highly recommended 👌
