We recently moved to a property that has an oil tank. We ran out of oil and 645 services delivered within a few days. The delivery person was courteous, professional and very helpful (showed me how to read the oil gauge on our tank and told me how much the tank would hold). There was a miscommunication issue but I was so impressed with the way Stuart handled it personally and rectified the situation. I would happily recommend them and will be sure to call them, as opposed to email, when we next need oil. A great local family run company with integrity.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I called at 9am when 645 opened as I had been without heating or hot water since the previous evening. Currently 5 months pregnant and everyone was saying it was 7-10 day delivery and no express. Explained to the lovely gentleman on the phone. Same day, 1pm, I get my oil delivered. What FANTASTIC customer service cannot explain how grateful I am. Will always use this company in future.
