DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A CATALOGUE OF LIES AND FALSE PROMISES - AVOID!!!. We have changed to local council following atrocious service over the last two years. We did leave a previous bad review following missed collections, false promises and downright lies. Following this they did contact us mainly to get us to change our review and not leave them. Although there was no way we would renew our contract we did say we would look at our initial review once they had completed their final collections and removed their bin. It didn't happen and once again a phone call only displayed their usual abysmal customer service. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT 707 . YOU WILL REGRET IT, BE WARNED!!!!.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Avoid using this company at all costs.

Failed collections on a regular basis, overweight charges when they do collect, and you are still charged for everything. When you call to complain they are no help at all.

The final nail in the coffin was over Christmas when we had no glass collection for 3 weeks and no general waste or cardboard collection for over 2 weeks.The result was a serious health, safety & hygiene risk. Contacted 707, spoke to senior managers Chloe & Deborah who still couldn't get our bins taken on the next scheduled day before New Year. Absolute joke of a company and service and any business who values their reputation and money should look elsewhere. I have never felt this angered by a service before.

I want to share my positive experiences with 707 as they have been collecting my bins for several years already. I have a bar in Dover and used several other contractors as well and 707 is for me the best waist company I worked with. Collection are on time and the customer service is helpful.

Absolutely atrocious service.

We have been charged for 7 collections that we did not have, 2 collections over an 8 week period instead of 4 and again yesterday no collection.

We are now told we did not pay for the 7 collections that we did not have despite being issued with a credit note and that our bin will not be emptied despite having a direct debit in operation. Just more of the same.

707 are purely agents for Biffa and others who actually collect our bin and invoice 707 accordingly.

Avoid these cowboys at all costs. We have had only problems from day one and we are a pub which needs a reliable service not an on-going rubbish problem!

DONT!!!!!!! use their commitment and customer service is the worst I have ever come across, and I have been in customer service myself for over 30 years. The company never honours your collections, never gets back to you within the 4 hours they say they will. You always end up calling them back. to get a different excuse as to why your bin wasn't empted. They take your payment a month in advance, to make sure you honour your part of the contract. But it's a joke as they have no intention of honouring their contract with you. When you ask when is my contract up, they give you dates when you weren't even the owner of the business. And when you inform them of the correct date, because I have the original contract,. they say it's the date on their system that counts. I am so frustrated with the service I have received, that I am changing to another company...I feel like taking my full bin and putting it outside their office door.. see if they empty it then Grrrrrrrrrrr Don't say you haven't been warned!!!!! Use anyone other than 707.

NO, NO, NO, they will never improve and never change...
after couple of months ' improved service' now they are not pretending to be nice anymore... the real face is showing back...so i have to review them again, just want to let people to be careful with few things that i had experienced. maybe they will treat you a bit better, but not to me in the last 2 years...
DO NOT use this company ! DO NOT sign their selfish careless tricky contract! otherwise, you will be charged unfairly , treated badly and you will recieve lots of overcharges from them.

if you want to end this contract, you have to give them 12 months notice , otherwise they charge you a huge amount panalty ! so i had given them 12 months notice! but felt so bad as someone took advantage of me but i can not do anything as they did a such tricky contract which i did not read carefully before i signed. so be careful....
if your bin is inside a gate in your yard or garden, then you can not lock the gate or have to give them a key of the gate, otherwise they will miss the collections but still charge you. i had been so many times charged as our business openning hours 9am to 6pm, we can not open the gate beyond these hours, but they play tricks and all the time visiting outside business hours. so i give up and leave our gate key beside the gate, which made our business unsafe. but they are most selfish business and customer service team i never met.

if you do not care of overcharges, then sign with them, if your bin is a little bit over full, they will charge you overweight charges...they never charge themselves while they missed a collection time and rearrange another time to collect your bin even the bin getting really bad smells..

if you can not speak native English, like me, you may be treated even worse. i had been treated so rude by a racist lady in their team, so if you are not native English people think 10 times before you join in ...

if there is a van or a car or anything in front of your bin, then the driver will walk away and issue you a normal collection charge for his visits even the bin had been left untouched. as i had just been charged £16.96+VAT for a visit but bin was still untouched since he said a van blocked his way to the bin, which we can see that he can walk around the van. anyway, they just want your money but do not want to serve you.

I can not be more regretful that been misleaded signed a contract with this company 2 years ago, and i am still waiting for the contract to be ended for the 12 months notice period.

this is my own experience , if you want to try this company out, then hope you good luck...

They missed my regular collection after New year then been told by member of their staff that they Promised it will be collection next day then Nothing happened so I have to phone up and raise a complaint that collection wasn’t done for me at all BUT my next door Neighbor been collected BUT my bin Not !!! Then I ask is it because My Bin is a Lockable one and the Driver wasn’t provided with a key ? Anyway the lady told me that It will be Definitely collection on Monday (regular collection) and she also told me if there is any excessive rubbish just leave it next to our bin then it will be empty at the same time with No Excessive Charge, so the collection was done my Bin were emptied BUT the excessive rubbish WASNT collected, so I have to putting it back into my own Bin !
I have found that your company was lack of communication with the Collection Depot plus the regular collection chaps are Not professional trained!
How can they not have a key for the Lockable Bin in their trunk .

I run a cafe in Bristol and can certainly recommend 707 to others as well. My experience with them has always been great, bins are being collected on time and they take my requests for any extra collections or special circumstances always seriously. I'm looking forward to our future cooperation!
