Great location, especially if you travel by train.
Excellent beer. Loved the Victorian porter. Took three bottles of stouts/ porters home. All bottle conditioned 👍.
I'd like to go back in summer to sit outside.
Friendly service.
The only downside was that we didn't realise it was winter opening hours ( website and whatpub Nottingham updates, but Facebook page was) and arrived for noon , but they didn't open until 2pm. Still had time for three drinks before our train.

Great place for a pint.

Walked here with the family and managed a couple of beers, good selection of beer types and flavours…. Came back on a bike ride for a few more the next day!!

Quant and cosy, staff were lively and the place is full of character.

A huge selection of great ales wines and even lager , most made here,comfy warm and friendly esp dogs too. Service is super polite and very knowlegeable . Train station 25 paces away.. very convenient

Lovely brewery and cafe ay site of only 8 sail windmill in england. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Most importantly a great range of real ales to dtink in or take away.

On holiday in Lincolnshire for the first time in 15 years and stumbled across this gem. The beer is how it should be, full of flavour, local and at a reasonable price. The Victorian Porter is one of the best I have ever tasted and I've had plenty of practice. I will be taking a selection of bottle home with me and hope to find the beers in my area in the future.

Excellent little brewery building with a windmill attached. Small bar inside or outside tables. Good selection of bottles and a few on tap. I tried the windmill bitter that was lovely and took a selection home with me.
