What was supposed to take one day to handle a couple of recalls and a standard service for an electric car took five days. I never got a call saying your car is delayed. I had to call an every day and wait for a callback to see if my car was ready. I’m sorry to say that it’s pretty standard for this dealership. I wish they would get more organized because we really need them as there are no other choices. I will say they are very flexible with the rental car that they provide, But I’d rather get prompt and reliable service.

I will never come back to this dealership ever AGAIN!

Driving 8 hours after FaceTiming with a salesperson to pick up my car for it to have dents and multiple scratches all over the car.

This led to the salesman getting defensive right away after expressing my disappointment of the surprises. He was very argumentative from the start. Finally the solution led to me bringing the car back (another 8 hour travel day) to address getting the dents taken out as best they could with a promise to detail my car to try and get some of the soft scratches out of the gloss. There were multiple deep scratches as well that I just had to accept since I already put a deposit down on the car.

Fast forward, drove another 8 hours round trip for a few of the dents to get fixed (grateful some came out) and my car NOT getting detailed liked promised!!

When I expressed my disappointment with the detail not getting done, I was welcomed with defensiveness and argumentative behavior from the same salesman. After he said ok bring your car back to Reno and I’ll detail it (no, i will not drive another 8 hours) I then asked for them to take of care of this by crediting me with a detail service at a different Porsche location closer to me and he pretty much said he couldn’t do that.

As I was trying to end the argumentative conversation I was also told “Jesus, I can’t believe you’re mad”

They also broke the plastic swivel part on my vent!!! So now I will have to pay to have that fixed. Unbelievable.

I’m extremely bitter, upset, and very disappointed with the service I was given at a Porsche dealership. Very embarrassing.

The best customer service ever. I had experience with other luxury dealerships but none of them could even compete with Porsche. I used to have Dolf as my advisor. Absolutely the best. During The most recent service my advisor was Christi and she is just amazing. Everything went smooth and she was knowledgeable and extremely attentive. Great personality. Totally love this place!!!

wow, trying to give you guys some $$. No answer in service, sales or finance...just rings and rings and finally goes to vm. 2 PM on a Wednesday? Can't imagine you are that busy. SMH...I'll go to my Vegas dealer instead. Your loss.

I’ve come here twice and have had poor service (first for buying then for service) both times. They don’t know specs of the higher end, more unique models and are not indicative of Porsche service standards. I ended up purchasing at another dealership as a result of their incorrect information about the specs of a vehicle I had researched extensively during the buying process and then upon returning for a service appointment, was mansplained about the service and told incorrect information that could have damaged my car’s engine. I wouldn’t come here again, especially not if you’re a woman who wants to be treated respectfully.

Arrogant sales management. No friend of the Sierra Nevada Porsche Club. In September 2023 I stoped by BillPearce Porsche to inquire about purchasing a new 911T. The salesman said yes there was availability for an early December delivery. And I had 1 week to decide on specs. Plus a $5000 “market adjustment.”
We sat down and started the order process. I had moved to Reno NV for work in April 2023 and provided my local address. Since I had a TN drivers license he withdrew the sales offer stating they did not sell to non-locals. I went out to my car and even showed him my Sierra Nevada Porsche Club name tag.
No car for you!
