I've worked with Falcon Energy for a number of years now for our EPC requirements as a housing association although that is only a small part of their service offering, their customer service and communication is second to none and are often very accommodating when quick turnaround times are needed. We needed an updated EPC because we are in the process of taking out our old oil fed boiler and replacing with an air source heat pump.

From the first point of contact to receipt of the new EPC, we experienced nothing but the utmost professionalism from Falcon and the their representative who was very cheerful and took all necessary precautions needed in the COVID landscape as well as respecting the property and carpets.

Superb service and I would have no problem recommending them.
