This is the best firm I've tried so far for service of my air source heat pump. Nick was very knowledgable. He was polite and professional and took time answering my queries. Nothing was too much trouble. I will use Diamond G E again for my next annual service.

Diamond energy has been fantastic from the start, great communication, very professional and provided all the information we needed. Drew who came over to replace our boiler worked really hard to get all the work done as efficiently as possible within 2 days. He communicated very clearly, was tidy and was just really friendly! The new boiler we have is great and works even better than expected, and all for a reasonable price. Also Drew highlighted we had a problem with one of our radiators that Diamond Energy then came back to review and diagnosed the problem for us. Brilliant company and would highly recommend.

Really impressed with Diamond right from our initial video consultation through to the install. We had Dan & his apprentice Jake come out to fit my new combi boiler and move it upstairs. Really professional job by both of them and nothing was too much trouble. Was kept up to date with all the works going on and really happy with how tidy they were and the quality of their workmanship. Would definitely recommend Diamond.

Can't fault any part of the process from start to finish. They were recommended to me via a few work colleagues and I can see why. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Very tidy and the plumbing looks amazing. Offered me lots of solutions, we eventually went with new boiler, cylinder and moved from gravity fed to an unvented system. It's freed up space in the loft and water pressure is superb.
We were kept up to date every step of the way, love the fact that so many employees are ex-mil, and to top it off the price was very competitive. Thank you all so much.

The entire process from initial video survey through quote was flawless. Communication was excellent throughout. The installation of my new boiler was faultless from a quick text letting me know they were on the way. I was kept informed through the job. New boiler fitted and a good explanation on controls finished things up. I can thoroughly recommend this company.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Just had a boiler and radiators fitted (Feb 2024). The whole process was how it should be done. Expert surveying, prompt accurate quote, professional work. Particularly shout outs to Dan (fitter), Drew (fitter), Steve (Surveyor), Louise (office) & Claire (office), all of whom were very pleasant to deal with. Thoroughly recommend.

Recently used this company for a boiler replacement due to age of ours, and they were great. From start to finish, the quote process was easy provided via a video call. They did offer a finance option for payment which would have been a good option for some people.
The installation date was prompt, we were not waiting for months and the work done on the day was to a high standard, with likable, friendly engineers. -I would recommend.
