Hands down the best renewable energy wholesaler in the country IMHO, others are close with a similar excellent customer service but midsummers are far more up to date with products and have great stock levels.

I have only ever had one issue with an order months ago and a new inverter was sent out to me before 10am the next day. Incredibly organised order processing and their delivery partners SW and DPD delivery every time as expected.

I can honestly say that Midsummers have helped us grow our business easier then if I had to use local electrical wholesalers. But you do need a trade account to see the real benefits.

A great product range, expert email/phone based technical and sales information, and ultimately a solar panel outfit that works really well on my caravan. With great weather this past year, I was almost selling electricity back to my chosen campsites! I was reassured to have included the control box with my system in order to protect my leisure battery and to make my 100watt as efficient as possible. the semi flexible solar panel was ideal for my caravan ....a teardrop T@b caravan with a pronounced curved, roof and I was very happy to have used their supplied adhesive in preference to using screw or bolts through my roof. I notice that 110 and 120 watt panels are now available which must offer a very hefty supply to your caravan or camper. Thanks. Owen

Great professional company to deal with and am very pleased with the solar set up on my narrow boat which more than meets my expectations.
Panels and controller arrived within the stated time frame and communications were first class. Would highly recommend Midsummer Energy you would be hard put to find better service.

I was having problems with my battery and Victron inverter set up. Midsummer was able to log in remotely and diagnose my system immediately and suggest possible checks my end. All was resolved within 24 hours of my support email and my system was up and running again correctly very promptly.

Overall excellent service, highly recommended.

Brilliant customer service. Started shortly after I placed the order and Graham called to explain that the controller displayed on the website wasn't available, and offered me a free upgrade. Then we had it fitted and found the controller wasn't seeing the solar panel, so I called Graham to ask his advice, he took us through various steps to check the system step by step, until we realised we had connected the wiring up wrong. Wires switched, and the system is performing brilliantly. Bring on the summer (and some much needed British sun). Thanks again Graham, very much appreciated.

Being a renewables energy installer ourselves we needed some specialist off grid equipment that we were not over familiar with. Ollie and David's expertise was incredibly helpful. When we came to place the order we were up against the clock for next day delivery due to deposits from client. We got the funds passed to MS a bit late, but they still managed to get the kit out to us on time. Really happy with the proactiveness to help me.

Fantastic service from the off grid team. Panel arrived damaged, no fault of there's. Contact with the off grid team was exceptional, they stayed in touch quickly & regularly and the replacement was delivered without a hitch. Customer service at its best. Excellent product, highly recommended.

Absolutely blown away by their customer service and knowledge in the heating department (heat pumps & accessories). Could have fobbed me off as a PITA consumer but instead helped me at every step with clear info and advice. Would not hesitate to recommend the heating department after my experience.
