Curt saved my road trip! From Maryland to Utah. My Ford Excursion had trouble getting through Colorado. I stopped into the shop late on a Friday afternoon. Curt stopped what he was doing and came out to look over my truck. Within a few minutes he had the problem diagnosed and I was on my way. With his information I had no issues the rest of the trip. Kurt was an absolute lifesaver! We were experiencing some rotor trouble but were in the middle of our roadtrip. Kurt calmed our nerves by showing us the perfect temporary solution in the meantime. He very kindly hopped in our car and drove with us around the block to teach us how to shift to lower gears during the downhill stretches. It worked perfectly!!! We felt super safe and comfortable thanks to Kurt’s quick thinking and taking the time to personally teach us how to finish our trip safely before we could get it in for a longer service. Curt was amazing my car broke down and barley made it to the shop and Curt was able to squeeze it into his schedule to take a look at it the Tuesday he got back into the shop. He put the car back together and made sure it was safe to drive home and gave us all the information as to what needed to be fixed. Just called this shop to try to get my truck in for some routine maintenance, today being February 2. Gal on the phone said they are down a mechanic and won’t have any appointments until “the late spring, early summer.” If this is actually the case, I truly wish this business the best of luck. The cost of living in Summit County, Colorado has gotten so out of control that even skilled mechanics can’t afford to live and work here. Will be very interesting to see what happens to the wealthy when the working class can no longer afford to live here at all.

Curt was so helpful!! We stopped by this morning after coming down Loveland pass and feeling that there was an issue with the brakes on the pass. The garage was busy but Curt still took the time to take the car out for a test drive and to explain to us what was going on with the car and give us tips on how to drive safely.
