I’ve used Green Kite on a few occasions for inventories, the first time after another company let us down and a friend suggested I try them. We had a tight schedule and Green Kite were able to fit us in at short notice with a very professional service after the other company cancelled last minute. We’ve happily continued to use them and have always found the service consistent and professional. All the representatives seem well trained as we’ve had exactly the same service through different people so we always know exactly what to expect. A happy customer!

This company was used through KFH estate agency. We paid £130 for this 'professional inventory'. Once they arrived back at the office they were unable to upload the photos so instead of returning and repeating the pictures the same day they did so a week after we had moved out. This allowed the landlord to dispute a lot of things within the property. This then meant it took over a month for our deposit to be returned. We were never offered a refund or compensation for the inconvenience they had caused us.
