Always check the prices on your bill! Most of the time when you buy something that is on discount in the shop, you will be charged the full price. When you notice it on your bill and tell them to fix it, you will spend 10 minutes for them to create a “special discount” for you.
This has been going on for months at this shop, and they say the reason is that the discount is just at the shop, not generally in Leroy network, so it is not in the system. They clearly have no interest to fix it as they save money on the discount with everyone who doesn’t check the bill. You can see it is widespread because there are always people stuck at the check-out for over 10 minutes. Hopefully they will get an inspection that fines them for this cheating of customers.

The best shop in Brazil for DIY and home improvements. It's like the local version for Lowes or Home Depot.
Lightning, tools, carpets, wood works, toilets, decor and almost anything.
The shop layout is good and spacy. The employees are nice and always ready to help customers.
Parking lot is not big but always managed to find a spot.
