Been coming here since they opened their brick & mortar to refill my giant bottle of body lotion. The omega unscented is so rich and the only thing that soothes my dry skin, especially in winter. The refill specialists are all so helpful and make the experience pleasant. Thank you!

The staff is so helpful, I love coming to this store. The glass items are really good quality. I like using them for my juices and water. I’m excited to try the store goods soon: tea, soap etc.

I love this store! I get my body wash, lotions, loofas, toner, and mineral sunscreen here.

If you forget your reusable bottle, they have a basket of clean and sanitized donations you can take from. Definitely worth checking out and giving a try 🙂

The Sustain LA rentals offering is INCREDIBLE! We were able to affordably go no/low-waste for our entire wedding thanks to Sustain LA. They were lovely and scheduled an initial consultation so that we could see all of the pieces in person (despite also having an extensive online inventory with photos). Jessica helped us trouble-shoot where we still needed to make decisions and offered a follow-up consultation if we wanted to bring our wedding decor/florals to the store to test a full table setting with our planned decorations. Coordination and contract were clear and straightforward. Delivery and pick-up were on time and well communicated. We will definitely use them again for future event rental needs!

We were delighted to find a place that allowed us to stop buying products in plastics. We purchased glass and metal containers that we can refill. The selection of cleaners, lotions, etc., is excellent and they also carry some food products. The staff is unendingly friendly and helpful.

We love the family and community vibes and great things we find on the website. My husband especially likes the Matilija shave kit. The Matilija shave disc gives him a smooth shave, and soothes and moisturizes his skin. He raves about how good it feels. (His former shaving cream left his skin red and irritated.)
