purchased a battery 8 months ago with a 36 months warranty
the battery is totally dead tried a trickle charge to no avail
so decided to take it back firstly they said its out of warranty as it has less than 12 volts in it !!! then they said they would test it came back from test as inoperative and needs replacing!!! Then they said i had over charged it this is not possible with my trickle charger as it cuts off don't buy from this company as they will not change battery under your guarantee £170 for 8 months service optima battery supposed to be a premium product total rubbish they will make every excuse not to replace

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, it's a complete sham. They offer no help at all and the batteries they sell are of very poor quality. For example, we purchased some batteries from their Dodworth depot and when we got back to our Wombwell depot, two of the batteries were completely flat. When we tried to return them, we were told we needed to fill out a warranty report, which we did. We sent the batteries back, only to have our warranty claim rejected because they claimed we let the batteries go flat, which apparently voided the warranty. It's clear they don't bother testing the batteries when they leave or arrive at their warehouse. How is it possible that two batteries went flat just on the drive from Dodworth to Wombwell? I strongly advise staying away from these conmen parading as a
company.

Avoid scammers like this company whose not able to sent you a battery in good condition, and after not being responsible and cooperating. I recive a cracked battery, I reported and everything was fine, after I sent the battery back , they received the battery they said was my fault?!? Why because I received a cracked battery?!?! and never respond me back or to my calls. AVOID AVOID AVOID I prefer to pay a expensive one than this

Purchased battery online and paid for next day delivery. Two days later its not delivered and DPD say they haven't been been given the battery to deliver. Emailed them - no answer, called them and been continuously waiting for ages and never got through. Uncontactable.

Great service. Paid £23 for a battery that was £75 in Halfords. Arrived next day. The person on the phone I spoke with was very helpful and found the battery I needed. Would recommend and would use again.

Bought a battery, had to return it as it didn't fit... Refunded me less... Apparently if you return something they will charge you twice for delivery, even though I've paid for return postage... Dodgy business model... Don't recommend

To your own benefit avoid this scammers. They're working together with battery group scamming everyone, where they insist it's 2 different companies but they have your tracking number, address and all the info you give the battery group.
