Stellar customer service from Prodata after I contacted them about a repair to my Davis WeatherLink console which my cat had damaged by knocking it on to a stone floor and separating the screen and unit. A quick response that they had had no spares from Davis but would check. They then asked me to send photos of the damage and two weeks later sent me, at no cost a brand new unit. Exceptional customer service.

Recently made a purchase of a Davis Vantage Vue with Weather Link pro My reason for purchasing this from Prodata Weather systems was because of the fantastic level of service that was demonstrated from my first contact and at every stage of my purchase.
I was given advice on the best system for my needs, the on-line ordering was very efficient and the communication of confirmation and delivery was excellent.
On arrival I needed help with getting it set up and again I was not disappointed the person who dealt with me was enthusiastic, friendly and explained things clearly in a way that I could understand.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Prodata Weather systems, their prices are very competitive but most importantly they provide excellent customer service.

Ordered a product on the 6th and paid expedited delivery and it duly arrived on the 8th, excellent so far. I loaded software and hooked up the data logger and had one of those moments when you realise that the plugs don't match. Prodata had sent the wrong product. These things happen so I phoned and asked them to send correct product and I would return the original. Nothing arrived so I phoned again to be told that 'the girl that deal with this is not in but will be told' still nothing so a further call to ask what was happening and also to mention that they should perhaps offer to cover my costs of postage and refund the express delivery fee. Another day passes and a sum of money 'to the pence' rather than the £20 (£5 delivery fee and £15) that I had suggested was credited to my account and the product had still not been delivered. I again phoned to express my dissatisfaction at the service and ask again when I could expect to see the correct product. The item was still not dispatched although I was again told it would be sent today. On this basis is cancelled the order and asked for a full refund which surprisingly did not have the decency to include my costs associated with dealing with this company. If you want quick and efficient service use Skyview not Prodata.
