They were great the first time around but unfortunately they just didn't turn up the second time around. Despite booking with a 3-week window, the delivery wasn't scheduled until the very last day.

I made several calls on the last two days to confirm that they will indeed still deliver the oil. Despite being assured on multiple calls that the delivery is scheduled and will certainly happen and that the tanker was out for delivery, they didn't turn up. Left us with very little oil and with no ability to reschedule immediately as we were going on holiday for three weeks.

On the other hand, the customer service team are very polite and apologetic, but not in sync with the actual status of deliveries on the day.

Office staff really helpful and particularly our delivery driver Jon, a lovely guy, who is always cheerful , helpful and professional.
It is a pleasure to see him.
As this company has got bigger and changed ownership it has not made the normal mistake of seeming to care less about it's customers, it still feels like a locally run family business, they have obviously retained the right staff.

This is the first time we have ever used this company and I can not praise them enough. We needed an urgent delivery over the Christmas period and they did everything they could for us. The admin staff where polite, friendly and understanding and dealt with our problem in a very efficient manor.
The delivery arrived quickly and Paul our delivery driver was very friendly and helpful a credit to the company.
Overall the service and price was exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Our delivery driver Jon really is number one! He is always friendly and chats to my disabled husband while he fills our heating oil tank, which Geoff really appreciates. I cannot fault the service at all. I called the company at 4:30 on Friday afternoon and spoke to a lady in the admin team to place my order. She was extremely helpful and pleasant, immediately striking a lovely rapport. She advised that they were extremely busy but would try to process the order as soon as possible. Come Monday morning at 8:30, they were parked outside to deliver our oil. The driver, Scott, was very friendly and extremely patient of my little boy who was fascinated by the oil lorry. He allowed him to stand in the garden and watch the entire process, whilst explaining to him what he was doing. Fantastic service all round, cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic service, as per usual. Many thanks to David/Andy in the office for solving our predicament - running out of oil in February wasn't too clever! Also, to Jon our delivery driver - always cheerful and helpful. Makes such a difference to deal with pleasant and efficient people.

We have used consols for about 4 years now. For our domestic heating oil supply. There competitively priced. The website is so easy to order from. No waiting for call backs. An order takes about 5 minutes. Delivery is generally within a couple of days unless its a very busy time. Staff are always pleasant. And they have the baby tankers which are needed for narrow access and only ask a small charge of around £5 for that unlike some others which have quoted anything from 20 to 50 more per order to use the small vehicle. So all in all no quibbles. Great company. Would recommend.
