They came and fixed my dishwasher a year ago and really pleased. Had problem with freezer last week came out next morning found problem said would order parts.paid 85 for time spent here got call say parts available would cost 175 would I b happy I said yes please the 85 I paid on first visit covered 2nd visit too was very surprised. Work carried out really efficiently snd made sure was operating properly.would recommend them to anybody prices reasonable service excellent and above. Thank you able appliances u have made one happy bunny even happier.

If domestic and general say they are sending an engineer from able appliances, cancel the repair. They do not want to do the job. They will make any excuse to get out of the job. Mugs

Tom of Able Appliances came to fix a fault on our gas hob and service it. It proved a tricky problem to fix and it took three or four visits before it was satisfactory . He replaced some parts and then, as it still wasn't right, he replaced other parts for no extra charge because there was a guarantee on the original repair. The labour charge on the first visit was very reasonable because it covered all subsequent labour to fit the parts he said were needed and all further visits. Tom is knowledgeable, courteous, very pleasant and extremely helpful. I will definitely use him again when the need arises.
