Very happy with my solar and battery install from Sustain. Very friendly and helpful staff made everything easy to understand, and was kept informed through the whole process - from initial quotes/proposal, survey, equipment delivery and install. Just had 12 solar panels and a battery installed by Sustain. The process was very easy. Every step was clearly explained with very good communication with the company. The actual installation took 4 days. Every person involved (scaffolders, roofers, delivery, electricians) was professional, hard-working and very pleasant to have around.
The price seemed very reasonable and we are hoping to recoup the cost in 6 - 8 years.
We have found Sustain to be an excellent company to do business with and can heartily recommend.

Great levels of communication during the lead up to installation. Installation went as planned. Installation teams were great and took responsibility for doing a quality job.

Excellent Service from Sustain Homes.
At each stage of the 'Solar' experience I found Sustain Homes provided an excellent professional service. This included the home survey, the design of the system, delivery and fitting of scaffolding, delivery and fitting the solar panels and final electrical work. The Head Office provided a detailed schedule of how the work would progress, and everything went exactly according to plan. All of the workers were polite and courteous and the system is now up and running. I am very pleased with the result. -John Hine

PV installation - March 2024
We have recently had 9 solar panels, 2 batteries, inverter and replacement 170L Megaflo water cylinder incorporating iboost installed with Sustain - via a RBC Solar Together initiative. Sustain and all their contractors have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very professional from the outset, efficient, great communications at all stages, friendly and knowledgeable. We felt in safe hands at every step of the process and the handover has been great too. Book and use with confidence. 100% recommend.

Very pleased with our system
Good communications. The installation team were very good. In the pouring rain, they worked hard & efficiently to install the panels, batteries, & outside & indoor electrics with minimum disruption to us. The whole process, from initial expression of interest to completion of installation, took 2.5 months. The only hitch was that the onsite survey changed the initial specification, without measuring on the roof, so on installation day the spec & quotation changed, & the team couldn't start work until this was resolved. We went ahead, but I understand from the team that this is a common issue, & that some customers have cancelled on installation day due to poor onsite survey. I was also a little peeved that the final invoice arrived by email on 17th Nov, dated 7th Oct, with payment required on 16th Nov, the day before it was sent to me, making it look as though I was a late payer. Overall a good experience, & we are generating electricity even in horrible weather. Many thanks to out installation team, Carey, James, Sam & Kieran.
