Bought out of date peanut butter from Gerrards Cross today. It was selected for me by the female sales assistant who should be taking better care over stock control. When I realised & telephoned later the male sales assistant was unhelpful & told me if I wanted a refund I'd have to make the 25+ mile round trip back to Gerrards Cross because he wasn't going to post me a voucher to my postcode. His English wasn't good; his ability to deliver customer care was even worse.
