We instructed Cargate to install a new septic tank and drainage system at our property. They were friendly, professional and efficient from the very first call until way after the job was done. We would like to compliment your company on such excellent service. Two smartly dressed men appeared on Monday to empty our septic tank - both friendly and professional. You tanker struggled a little to reverse up our gravel drive and scuffed up a lot of the gravel. We were so impressed that they got brushes and rakes out of the tanker to sweep the gravel neatly back into place. Hooray for such thoughtful service. Thank you.

From our experience to date I would thoroughly recommend Cargate's Services. Cargate correctly identified the issues with our PPS and replaced the faulty components after our then provider simply recommended replacement of 2 pumps (1 fairly new). They went beyond this and either replaced or reconfigured other minor components to optimise the set up. In all they saved us £thousands (80% of the costs suggested by our then provider). We have subsequently switched to them for maintenance. We have also used their Jetting and CCTV survey services. All excellent, the last providing a detailed report, images and videos.

They have always provided an efficient and good value service. Are polite and friendly to deal with. After a recent storm which caused problems with our unit they came out straight away and got it working again without charging for which we were hugely grateful.
