Alec's professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail are second to none. He installed a replacement boiler, radiators and the necessary additional pipework at one house and maintained an existing boiler at the house before that. Alec gave us ongoing updates on the work, asking for our input when choices were needed and taking the time to explain what he was doing and why. The only negative is that, after years of outstanding service from Alec, we now live outside his coverage area.

Alec from Caulderbank heating replaced our old boiler and emersion heater system with a new combi boiler, the job turned out more complex, Alec worked until 7:00-8:00pm most evenings to get it finished on time and on a couple of evenings worked until 10:00pm. He didn't charge a penny extra for the additional work. His professionalism and attention to detail is exceptional and his knowledge of heating systems and plumbing is incredible.
