Sphere quoted for us in late August and our solar + battery install was scheduled mid-September. They were happy to discuss options and provided a competitive quote that maximised the use of the roof. The 3 day installation was completed when scheduled and undertaken professionally by the team with a very neat finish to both panels and the internal electrical install. All paperwork including the G99 application was completed for us, and certification issued promptly post-installation. Really happy with our solar set-up a couple of months in and looking forward to some sunshine.

A good experience from start to finish. So immensely pleased with Sphere Solar.from selection - pre work survey- admin team - installation-commissioning. Even seeing previous work by Sphere Solar was so worth it and good. There was no hard sell. After doing a lot of research on solar panels, batteries, invertors and car chargers and having had a few visits from other companies to get quotes and quiz them on the solution for our house we selected Sphere Solar. The team were all you would expect from an Installation crew. Polite, courteous and hard working. The work was scheduled for 3 days and that’s what it took. At each stage the team didn’t rush to leave until work was completed including clean up. They did not object to us watching them work and asking questions.
All certificates were promptly provided.

Since our first call to Sphere we’ve been impressed with their friendliness, communication and willingness to help. They have answered our many questions and provided clear information on the design, potential generation and the timeline for the installation.

The installation team were fantastic. Tidy, polite, answering questions along the way and explaining what was going on at every stage. They worked hard through 3 of the hottest days of the year and weren't phased when our family life got in the way.

When there was a minor challenge with the installation (due to the supplied panels, not the design) they quickly found a solution, explained exactly what the issue was and how it was going to be solved.

The installation we have looks great and has been designed for any future expansion which is a bonus. So far it’s reduced our reliance on the grid by 90% whilst we get used to our production, and we have managed to completely cut out gas use for heating water.

We would definitely recommend Sphere if you’re interested in a professional solar PV installation. Tom and his team were excellent throughout.

A good experience from start to finish. The business owner, Tom, designed a solar system to suit our needs. The quote was competitive and no hard sell.

The project was scheduled around our commitments and started on-time. The installation team were polite, courteous, and informative. The site was left tidy. Admin by was prompt and accurate.

Tom visited after the installation finished, explained the apps and answered our questions. A couple of snagging issues were resolved the next morning by a visit from one of the team.

Everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
