We’ve used Peperharow Plumbing a couple of times, most recently to fit two new radiators in our Victorian property. They have done a fantastic job, using their knowledge to overcome issues fitting heavy rads to our crumbling walls (!) and the service from start to finish was impeccable. I am very sorry to leave a poor review but this firm has let me down badly. They were the incumbent heating engineers servicing a Worcester boiler regularly in an apartment we have just moved into. I noticed a leak on the boiler and on 14 October they came. A new part was to be ordered and two other issues identified which again would result in a repeat call. I telephoned twice and finally was given a date on 26 November nearly 6 weeks later. In the meantime I have had to call out another company as the system, maintained by Peperharow broke down and was condemned as beyond economic repair. I had to deal with this whilst abroad. Not very impressed.
YOUR RESPONSE As well as misspelling my name the ‘owners’ response is rather disingenuous in alleging the slow response to the initial call was due to my absence abroad. I called twice to fix an appointment once before we left on 9 November. I was told the company had lost an engineer and so follow up calls were taking much longer as only one man was on this type of work.
Thank you for your helpful comments on caveat emptor. My son in law is MD of a substantial property maintenance business (260 employees) and kindly when the system broke down asked his top heating engineer to examine the 17 year old boiler. The pump was overheating and the cost of replacing meant it was sensible to replace the whole unit. I trust his judgement.

I can´t speak highly enough of Peperharow Plumbing. We have just used them for the second time - to replace a bathroom sink and repair a radiator - and were delighted with the work undertaken. Last time they replaced a shower for us and it too has been great ever since. I find their staff responsive, professional, reliable and helpful and their charges very reasonable. I am now recommending them to my next door neighbour.

Having used them previously, we contacted Peperharow again recently to help us service our boiler, fix our kitchen tap, and resolve an issue with our expansion tank. We were really well looked after by the back office team and Michael and Kaya who were sent to help us were brilliant - we can't praise them enough. Polite, efficient, extraordinarily tidy, they did a fantastic job. We'd strongly recommend Peperharow and will definitely use them again in the future.

We have used Peperharow Plumbing three times now (boiler replacement, tap replacement and water cylinder replacement), and they are excellent. On all three occasions they were bang on time, polite, neat and tidy, removed any debris and always kept us informed. The work was completed quickly, to a high standard and with absolutely no fuss or hassle. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
