I called Anesco today to make enquiries for an elderly relative who has their solar panels on his roof. Rebekah was incredibly understanding and helpful. She gave me full confidence in the contract my relative agreed to and also set up a panel clean and bird proofing visit. A real pleasure to call Anesco.

I contacted Anesco after my father, following two costly years of false information from solicitors, which yielded nothing, asked me to take on the task of investigating the panels on my parents' house. I have to say, that Anesco's representative Jade was, patient, knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional throughout. The information she provided was clear and concise, and enabled me to completely understand the situation so that I was able to explain it to my elderly parents. Jade covered everything, with original scans of plans, what companies were relevant and their involvement in the panels etc. When asked a more complicated question Jade telephoned me to clearly explain and ensure I understood. I truly could not be more thankful for her help.

Last year we were advised there was an issue with our solar panel. an inspection was arranged & a week before scaffolding was errected. About a week after the inspection the scaffolding was removed. About a month later we had very heavy rain for a number of hours in the evening & when going to bed water was pouring in throught the ceiling light fitting & down the bedroom walls. We are convinced that the tiles on the roof were broken when the scaffolding was removed. I contacted Anesco on this. They took 3 months to reply to my email I replied to that with information that they required & still, 6 months later they still haven't replied. They certainly need to improve customer service

We would like to thank Rebecca from the Legal Team for all her hard work in helping us to purchase our rented solar panels from Homesun. Any queries she has kindly answered & resolved any problems we have had. We have contacted all the relevant people now & the paperwork sent off so hopefully all will be completed shortly.
Special thanks to Rebecca for enabling us to do all this in these unprecedented times.

Anesco now look after the solar panels installed on my roof. Now installed 9 years with no problems. I simply keep taking as much free electric as I can, what's not to like ?
Recently I have reached out to them regarding the Roof Lease Contract and they have been very supportive and responsive. Provided me with all the information, paperwork and guide so that if I do move house I am fully informed on the steps to take.
Big thanks and credit to Rebecca who has supported me.

Firstly, we MUST realise that mistakes now and again, are going to happen.
It’s how these mistakes are dealt with which are important.
My problems started in January 2020. The company engineer, diagnosed a faulty part, and removed it, to be sent for repair.
I heard nothing more until, in April, so I contacted the company to get an update.
I received a letter on the 6th of April, and we were promised an appointment to refit the repaired part, on the 23rd of July. Due to this promised date, I changed my holiday arrangements, so that I could be at home for the appointment.
Because of the elapsed time since the April letter, then on the 20th of July, I phoned to make sure that the appointment would go ahead, only to be told that the date had changed, to the 6th of August. I explained that I could not be available on that date because of another booked holiday that I wasn’t prepared to change again. The next date I was offered was on the 23rd of September.
I altered my plans so as to be available on the 23rd, and I stayed in all day, but by 4pm, it became obvious that the appointment was NOT going to be kept.
I phoned to find out what as going on, only to be told there was no explanation, but I could expect a phone call to rearrange a new appointment in the near future. Two days later and I was still waiting for that phone call.
Exasperated, I wrote an e-mail to the director in charge of repairs and maintenance. Another two days passed and I’d had no reply, so then I wrote to the CEO of the company, and almost by return, I finally got a phone call from the head of repairs and maintenance.
NOW things changed, and I finally got the service that I required. I was given a new urgent appointment to be on the following Sunday.
This appointment was kept, and the engineer was most helpful and efficient.
He made numerous apologies for the previous poor service, even though NONE of it was his fault.
Eventually, my problems WERE resolved, and special service was given to me to quickly put thing right.
I have been promised that lessons HAVE been learned, and will not reoccur.
As I said at the beginning, mistakes WILL happen, but it’s how they are dealt with, that matter, and it’s important that lessons ARE learned and not repeated.
Finally satisfied
