Used this place for the last few years. Generally get delivery for the next day. Always wonderful and put them where I need the bags lifting to.
I've seen people moan about the logs being wet... if they are wet all I do is pile a stack of logs at the side of the burner either side when I light it and they dry in no time.

Not a customer, I'm a cyclist. Today their van starting with BAZ on registration passed me. What a gentleman driver slowed down and went wide giving loads of space. People criticise easily so I thought I would pass thanks and praise for being such a courteous driver. Thanks mate

Phoned up for the first time today as the other coal merchant in Barnsley does not deliver to Thurnscoe. The lady was so helpful and the coal will be delivered tomorrow. I cannot grumble at that....absolutely brilliant customer service. I give them a 5 star review.

Bought and had delivered logs for my burner.
Tested them for water retention and they were totally not fit for purpose off the scale on the reading.
Rang the owner who if I put this politely was cursing and swearing at me. I just wanted to say they were no good. He's not a nice guy, wasn't having it,, wouldn't recommend at all.
If you drive passed you can see the logs open to the elements of rain etc,, that says it ALL.

Never had any issues with anything they have delivered to me over the years. My house is always hot. Going to be ordering my first load of coal of the year next week start getting ready for winter. Burn logs in the cooler summer days.
