I met Grace this morning, who was really nice and friendly, she was also very professional and she has sent the EPC the same day, really pleased with how it went, and I consider the price very good value aswell, all good,.. many thanks!!

Contacted Grace as my rental company left to the last minute to inform me my EPC certificate was about to expire. Grace immediately put my mind at ease telling me she would work around the availability of my tenant - even if it was after hours - to fit this in before expiry. Grace organised her visit with my tenant and contacted me the very same night with my new EPC attached. I had some follow up questions which Grace was more than happy to answer and she provided some further suggestions but overall reassured me that my house still had a good EPC rating, in spite of being more than 10 years old. Would have no hesitation recommending Grace to others and using her again;. Oh and I paid the price originally stated ie: no additional extras - which is also greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Rang Grace for an EPC for a rental property. She managed to squeeze me in the same week. She was polite and courteous and wrapped up everything pretty quick and got my certificate back to me a few days later. Great service, would absolutly recommend.
