Recently had my boiler and cylinder replaced by Jake and his crew which went above and beyond to make sure everything is in perfect working condition and by paying attention to details made me a happy customer. When Jake came to repair our boiler he called prior to arrival. He was extremely polite and explained everything that he was doing. Very clean and tidy worker and made sure everything was working before he left. He also messaged us to make sure everything was working ok two or three times over the following few days. He was recommended to us by our daughter and we will definitely be using his services from now on and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Fantastic service from Heating Matters! Jake was in touch immediately and provided us with a detailed quote prior to our appointment. He arrived and got to work straight away. Jake helped us fixing the issue with boiler and also given advice about replacing pump motor as well the pros and cons of installing combi boiler.Mainly he turns up very quickly and advices that the pump Should be replaced only if fails next time as it could go for another couple of months. I am pleased with his professionalism considering the advice given was very valuable and the way he explained was very clear for me as a customer. Thanks Jake for your great work.

Jake is very dedicated, super responsive (he replied to message and email in early morning and he sent out quotation in night time!) and reliable. He did 2 jobs at my home and it's perfect everytime. Jake is now on my speed-dial for any plumbing and heating needs.
