All Seasons energy installed a new air source heating system with solar panels, and insulated the walls of my mother's house. They are a very professional outfit and kept to the detailed timetable that was given before they began. An excellent job was done and I'd highly recommend All Seasons Energy to anyone considering having this kind of work done to their home.

I applied for this work to be done through an add on Facebook, thinking it was probably spam but thinking it might be worth a shot. I was contacted a day later and a guy came out to inspect the property.

At the inspection the man seemed knowledgeable and was honest about what could and couldn't be done. Sadly we were unable to have the Solar panels due to our roof not being suitable.

We were told when the work would start and kept updated on slight delays but nothing to complain about.

The work started with the walls being insulated and plastered. We tried to move things for the guys but they were really helpful and shifted many things for us. They seemed like they couldn't do enough for us.

Due to health reason, it became apparent we'd be better sleeping elsewhere so we ended up staying in a Travelodge but came back regularly.

The guys doing the plastering had been sure they would complete within the week but they weren't and we noticed the work started to get messy. Plaster all over the shower, all over towels and places where plaster had been dropped and not cleared so had set and in one place a nail was left sticking out of the wall. All of this was slightly levelled out by them allowing us to dispose of excess materials how we saw fit.

The next work to be carried out was the radiator and pipe installation. These guys were very helpful and got to work but as they were taking floor boards up we again decided to occupy a travellodge.

The tank put in is huge and it has levers all over, including several at low level. We were assured the tank would be boxed in as it is an obvious danger to the young kids. We were also told we actually were getting the solar panels, and though I informed them we had been told we couldn't have them the man said he was 100% sure we were.

When the guys left the tank still hadn't been boxed and they left holes in the floor in our large under stair cupboard and a little room I planned to use as an office. I presumed these holes were being left as we still had electrical work to be done. They had also left a lot of wood blocking the back gate.

The electrician came and did all the work. He stated he had wires to put in for the solar panels and I informed him that we had originally been told we weren't getting them but the guy said he had the parts in his van for their installation. He said he would check to confirm and also find out about the box for the tank.

The next day we were told we weren't getting the solar panels and that they wouldn't box the tank in.

The electrician was completely professional and went through all he needed to before he left.

Upon checking over the house there are still holes in the floor in the cupboard and office and within a day one of the places where floor boards had been lifted for the pipework to be done gave way leaving a hole under the carpet. Since then two other places where floor was lifted have also given way.

I was contacted and asked to sign a contract for the solar panels which we couldn't have.

The house is a lot warmer than previous but the electric bill seems to be higher. We have to reaffix the wood to attach curtains ourselves.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and put me at ease during the consultation. The installation team were really quick, efficient and wasted no time at all, in fact they were pretty much wrapped up by mid afternoon. The system works brilliantly with no issues and I'm really happy.
The 5.12kwh battery looks like it's not quite big enough for my needs, but from what I understand, further capacity can be added at a later date quite easily, which I'll probably end up doing.

Absolutely brilliant company from start to finish. From the initial sales rep visiting us to the end product, everyone was great and very knowledgeable. (Loads of companies out there send sales reps out that know nothing about solar, do your research). My quote was held for around 18 months, and by the time I was ready, my panels were upgraded and installed in 2 days. We were given free pigeon proofing, not a pigeon in sight!
The staff in the office couldn't be more helpful, the electrician was great as were the lads on the roof installing the panels. Everyone was professional and respectful.I would definitely recommend this company.
We're very happy with our solar system, and now I'm addicted to looking at my sunsynk app!

We had a range of jobs to be done… ( Internal wall insulation ) This something that we wasn’t sure about beforehand. Following the installation we are most impressed actually by this, we wish it was in every room. Upon clean up of the plasterers we noticed our shower no longer gets hot… ( without much question, AllSeasons replaced our shower with a new one 🙂 ). ( Loft Insulation ) very huge amount of loft insulation 👍.
( Boiler upgrade & removal of a back boiler ) Installed in a good location of the house. All installed well, but one problem we had was, the heating engineers didn’t stay to make sure all our radiators became hot… several days later the pressure on our boiler went down to 0.2 bar and a few radiators with no heat at all. We contacted the office and was dealt with very friendly, but hours later received an email to say this is an issue in your home and not something for all seasons to sort out… our reply was, these radiators worked previously and that this needs a resolution and that we can’t be left without heating. We received an email back to say that an engineer will be in contact, but we didn’t believe that they would be..
The very next day a Friday and in the afternoon we received a call from a very nice gentleman called Darren.
Darren had phoned whilst we was at work, he made a suggestion to call him when we get home from work to go through a step by step guide with him to get our radiators and boiler working. Darren was back and forth in contact with us until 9pm at night on a Friday !!! He persisted with us until we had all radiators hot and working. just a few minor issues that couldn’t be solved on the phone, but put on a list to be visited in due course to fix these issues at a later stage.
All seasons have served us well, every workman that came to our house was very friendly and respectful. Darren especially was a gentleman a massive help and the only workman that we actually didn’t meet !!

Absolutely brillant professional service. We had a mix of external insulation, internal and roof insulation and electrical work. 10 days from start to finish for all work to be completed on site.
Our work was funded which did delay the initial application but as soon as work commenced i couldn't fault it, the tradesmen where polite, respect of our property inside and out and left everything clean and tidy each day with great attention to detail throughout the work. Definitely a company i would recommend.

What a great journey from initial enquiry to final install and beyond. All Seasons Energy were very responsive and knowledgeable when i was looking at solar PV. In amongst the many companies looking gor my business they stood out with a very professional yet down to earth approach.
They were also very competitive with price v’s product quality.

Every contact i made with the office was responded to quickly and effectively. The team at the office are all just lovely to speak with.

Install day was very simple. Arrived 8am, two chaps on the roof and a sparky doing his thing with supply / inverter / batteries.
All completed by 3pm that day. Really tidy / clean / polite / knowledgeable

Aftercare seems positive so far although i haven’t had any issues to get sorted yet.

I whole heartedly recommend All seasons Energy for anyone looking at Solar PV and storage.

I had three quotes from various companies, but once I talked to All Seasons I knew who I wanted to work with to fit my solar panels and batteries. They weren't the cheapest, they weren't the most expensive but every commitment they made they delivered on. The installation team were so professional with the fitting team working 'hand in glove' with the electrician. The scaffolding was taken down in a matter of 48 hours after completion. I also have a full explained, comprehensive handover pack and have already had great customer service from the team. It is confusing getting things sorted, so you can sell back to the grid - their support has been great!!

I did my homework, got the quotes, talked to the companies that provided quotes and got informed - for all those reasons I so glad with the decision I made to put my trust in All Seasons.
