Nice local petrol station, petrol is always competitively priced, shop has less stock than it did, but is reasonably priced. The night shift staff are always amazing when I get petrol at 3am, always up for a chat and a laugh.

WARNING. DO NOT FILL UP HERE.

Sold me bad fuel causing my car to break down while I had a child on board. I visited the petrol station after having my tank drained and the employee laughed at me and showed absolutely no remorse at all.

The fires slowly dying.....and they refuse the coal for buying!
Just refused sale of domestic coal and logs. I wouldn't mind but have just spent the day out and have no way of heating the house when we get home. We currently only have open fires. I said this to them and they still refused. Maybe close the coal and wood store? A cold night ahead of us tonight. Thanks guys!

Really quite a good little service station before a major interchange for the motorway., on the outskirts of epping. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

Absolutely fantastic customer service with fantastic staff in the shop. Amazing welcoming atmosphere. A classic convenience store. Brilliant fuel. Amazing everything and I will never ever dare to fill up my furl anywhere else. Even if I am in Scotland I will drive all the way back to Rock's and fill up it is fantastic. I hope everyone can learn from my experience

That’s the example how station should look like! Big Thanks for the owner keep up good work! Pumps are easy to reach, car parks spaces well described, shop is full of staff useful for the drivers. Prices always very sensible. If You heading to M25 that’s the place to refuel it takes 3 min to get there from M25. Regards .
