We’re delighted with our new solar panels and can highly recommend Infinite Energy for their efficient, friendly and professional service. We initially got a few quotes and home visits and Mark impressed us with his straightforward, personable approach and factual, data-driven presentation. It was interesting to note that the energy obtained from the panels depends on daylight hours, not only sunshine. After a site visit to assess the most suitable package we decided on 12 panels plus a battery and inverter, for a comparatively reasonable outlay.
Communication was great and the whole installation completed in a day. The team worked really brilliantly to set it all up and left everything clean and tidy. We are still fixated with the app which tells you how much energy the panels are producing! You can see how full the battery is and any excess can be exported back to the grid, plus we can have a cheaper overnight rate from our energy provider to store in the battery. With electricity prices constantly going up we’re happy to have a sustainable source for years to come. Thanks very much, Infinite Energy team. Chris and Christine.

I saw an installation in my street which I liked the look of and asked the owner who had done it. Delighted I did as Tom and the team were knowledgeable, thorough and very engaged, providing detailed analyses and installation quotes for a range of options. My roof works were delayed by around 6 months which posed no problem to Infinity. They had the panels and batteries installed in less than 2 days and followed up promptly with all the necessary paperwork. As an architect I can be quite fussy, but very happy with Infinity and no hesitation in recommending them.

So happy we chose Infinite Energy to install our panels. From the first site visit and follow up discussions we could tell we were dealing with people who really knew what they were talking about - unlike the online/phone sales pitches we had experienced elsewhere. The result was we have a much better installation, with more panels, than we would otherwise have settled for. The team was flexible and accommodating about timings. On the day they were prompt, efficient and speedy, and so pleasant and friendly to deal with. The aftercare has been amazing - quick to respond to any queries, and a real sense of responsibility. The panels look sleek and impressive. Best of all our electricity bills have plummeted. Highly recommend.

I cannot rate this company and especially Mark Brown highly enough. From start to finish, Mark was professional and went above and beyond to make sure that we received a high quality tailored service, as well as a smooth installation of our solar panels. No question or issue was too small, and he was always on hand sorting any problem or concern quickly. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering buying solar panels.

Up front and weren't pushy when Mark came to provide a quote for the panel installation. Set up an array of 2x 8 panels on a double roof. Were flexible on timings when it became apparent we would need planning permission before they could be installed. Did the work quickly and efficiently and have been very helpful after installation with regard to fine tuning settings. Would definitely recommend.

We have had our solar panels for over 6 months now. The whole experience from the initial meeting with Mark to the installation of the actual solar panels has been amazing. Mark explained every aspect of the Solar Panels, how they work, how the system functions, the app etc. He has been a tremendous support before and after installation. Excellent customer service. Any concerns we have had Mark has been available to answer and has done so very confidently. I can’t recommend this team enough. Having the solar panels has actually changed my life, as I have now been able to do washing, ironing and use my dishwasher as early and I like and not wait till after 7pm, as I was doing before. We are now actually seeing our metre go backwards!! As Mark said we would and we are not paying any electricity, which is absolutely fantastic. A special thank you to Mark and all of his amazing team who were all brilliant, despite the bad weather we had when the scaffolding went up. I can’t recommend this team enough. If there were more than five stars, I would’ve put more so well deserved.

I can highly recommend Tom & the infinite energy team. Very importantly Tom is always contactable,& always replies to you.The installation team were everything you want, i.e punctual,polite,excellent workmanship,friendly,tidy etc. Everything went smoothly with my new build solar panels,gatebox,batterys etc & i am very pleased with it all. I hope they go from strength to strength & continue with there excellent personal service.
