I knew John since 2019 and he has been providing me with satisfactory plumbing services on taps, sinks, possible leakages and boiler services. John is responsible and professional with uncompromising standards.

John came to have my electric cylinder serviced and repaired last week. He asked questions over the phone to clarify the situation, and provided initial suggestions. During his visit, he further diagnosed & explained the situations and provided an estimated charge and cost of parts for my approval. He did not only service the boiler, but also provided me with useful “tutorial” on how the boiler works, how it performs the best, and as well some cost saving initiatives. He finished the job and came the next day to have my lever puller replaced too.

John messaged me to check in if I had hot water shower that evening, and then on the following day to ensure things have well been fixed.

It is important to have a reliable plumber, though John is also famous for fully booked. I would strongly recommend him for plumbing issues and services.

Due to a last-minute emergency, we had to trust to leave John alone in the flat to fix some issues with the boiler. However, he felt the freedom to use my personal toilet, without permission, leaving it in a bad status with dirty loo and sticky seat & floor, and even a dirty wipe left in the wipes’ packaging which was really unpleasant to find when back.

John regularly services our boiler and is my go to man for any plumbing jobs as his work, price and communication is outstanding. He always keeps you informed regarding costs and sends fantastic videos of what is going on.

Absolutely no idea how you could review him badly as I have never had anything but a first class service!

John demonstrated an exceptional knowledge to resolve my heating issues. I'd been going around the houses trying to find someone who could fix my cylinder and radiator. On multiple times I had been let down by cowboys. John was able to diagnose the system on the phone before charging me for a call out.

He fixed my radiator, updated my supplies as I requested, educated me around maintenance, and provided the relevant certificates I needed.

John came to service my unvented hot water cylinder and fix a small leak. However, he let water leak on to a hot water valve which blew and said he would come back to repair it the next day. He left me without hot water and without a toilet that worked. He did not keep his word and never showed up the following day. Didn't respond to my calls or messages and I had to find another plumber to fix the issue which was expensive and stressful. He also used my bathroom and somehow broke my toilet seat. I had to get someone to come and repair. All in all it cost me an extra £300 to fix damage he caused. Please avoid using him.

It was very difficult to find unvented engineers so I was fortunate John was recommended and he provided a very swift, professional job for servicing my hot water cylinder system. He was able to diagnose and fix the issues on the secondary side (which EON were not willing to look at) along with all the necessary certfications that a servicing has taken place. I will be looking to use John in the future for my annnual servicing and am very happy himself and Paolo provided.

Incredibly poor service yesterday & last week. 1 cancellation & 1 no show. No answering calls just let me standing there with 2 understandably irate tenants who hadn't had hot water for 3 days. Disappointing I've always been a big advocate but treating people like this & not having the courage to call back & apologise is the final straw!

Initially being recommended to me by the previous owner as the plumber lives in the building. Cancelled 3 times on me, all last minute, never picks up the calls. Would not recommend
