We sadly developed a faulty solar panel which was still under warranty. I contacted Solar Technology International Ltd (PV Logic supplier) who were extremely helpful. They initially provided me with some Help Sheets to assist me in troubleshooting my issue, they also asked me to confirm some solar readings which in turn confirmed the solar panel was definitely faulty. At this point there was a quick turnaround and a replacement solar panel was shipped out to me ASAP and arrived a couple of days later. I experienced an excellent service from Solar Technology International Ltd for which I am extremely grateful and can highly recommend them.

Very impressed with the customer service provided. We had a solar panel fitted two years ago by a company who are now no longer in operation. We found the name of Solar Technology on the panel. Made contact and provided information they requested (bar code, proof of purchase, meter readings) by email. We then received a replacement panel within days. Many thanks to Helen Tidby for her polite and friendly assistance.

Should have read the one star reviews before ordering. Paid Next Day delivery having a free day to fit; parcel arrived promptly with bits missing! I suggested they include 4 crocodile clips to compensate for the loss of a day, they charged me an extra £10!! I was pleased to find an UK supplier initially....disappointed now. Be careful with this firm.....

I’ve been looking at how to power a small shed that I use as an office/den and the Hubi power station looked ideal. Called them after suffered a connection issue between my MPPT solar controller and the PV Mobile Suite app.
Solar Technology acknowledged the problem and called me back within a couple of hours to talk through how to resolve the issue.
Followed their instructions and connectivity was immediately resolved.
