Worst energy supply. It should be avoided at all costs. Been paying £280 every month. The one time I pay with my credit card instead of direct debit. They say that payment doesn’t reflect on my bill therefore it shows as reversed. I ask them did I still make a payment for that month? And they can’t answer that. Bottom line is that they are THIEVES!!!!!!!. Worst energy company don’t ever use them. Very horrible customer service, they’re all rude. Thieves, thieves Avoid at all cost.

Only giving the 2 stars because just got off the phone with the nicest and sweetest human ive come across on customer services (shout to valed from technical) BUT have had no wifi and have been paying for 3 months now. Have tried to sort it out but have received no call backs or action. Shame with uni students they put us on the back burners and have lost a valuable student property

Moved into a new house, Internet with Shell Internet. Router did not arrive for almost two weeks. Called through Unihomes and directly. On hold for majority of call. Hold call music was interrupted by deafening static.
Spoke to someone who sounded like a recording/ AI then was "transferred" ie, put on hold and then they hung up.

Further updates, there appear to be several numbers when trying to get through to Shell. The menu options are rushed and difficult to understand and it seems almost as if they are trying to prevent you calling about internet.

Also just a reminder that Shell made £7.5 Billion profit in the first quarter of 2023 (during the "cost of living crisis") and £31 Billion profit in 2022. What a fantastic company.

Absolutely disgusting company, over charge and the customer service is servery poor. They are very quick to steal your money and over charge leaving a young mum in so much debt and it's left her paying 40 every other day to top up the metres when she's on universal credit. Disgusting

Disgusting customer service.
Received a bill after 2 months in our brand new business premises.
1st months bill fine, 2 bill had ridiculously high daily charges because we was apparently out of contract. We had never been in a contract and was waiting for the ses team to call us.
After ringing for 3 days customer services couldnt help, Andrew and Austin in thd sales team were useless and never forwarded on the complaint.
A week later and still not received a telephone call to resolve the issue bit told to pay the bill of face extra addition charges.
This company is an absolute joke and get people back in the office communicating to eachother and their customers, whomever is daft enough to stay with them.

I made So many calls & lot of time, no one is able to sort the home display IHD. Their staff repeatedly asked the same questions & email. I gave up, no one contacted to solve this issue. I’m going to leave them now. I wouldn’t even give them a star

Have been unable to access "my account" for three days, yet shell can still access my bank account and steal ever increasing amounts of money, band of thieves !
