I have so far been here twice for the full body cryo with my girlfriend. Safe to say that we will be returning weekly. It is fantastic and it makes you feel amazing. Staff are all very helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Made a last minute booking today, which was quick and easy. Really nice location up on Hatfield Heath, loads of parking available. Fantastic customer service, warm greeting, knowledgeable and helpful. Place is spotlessly clean and well presented. The actual cryo treatment was amazing. I had one in LA a few years ago and this one was better than that, I assume a more modern machine. Came out feeling fantastic. I will definitely be back soon. Companies in Central London are charging £90+ for this same treatment, I paid £20 today for my first treatment with them, fantastic pricing.

Absolutely love going to Resetcryo the feeling after is amazing. Any niggly aches and pains from training disappear and you have a real sense of well-being. I find I have much more energy to train after having a session.
Emma and her team couldn’t be more welcoming, putting you at ease and explaining everything. The mini workouts you can do during your session are helpful to keep you moving. They also give you a great tune to jig too!!. I would highly recommend a visit to anyone who hasn’t tried it you won’t be disappointed.

Really enjoy my visits to resetcryo and the benefits I see from it. I ran the London marathon this year which involves an intense amount of training and recovery. I used both the full body cryotherapy and the recovery pump compression boots before and after the marathon and the difference it made to my recovery was incredible! Soreness reduced in a matter of 24/48 hours compared to the 4/5 days I was noticing beforehand! I am now using for an injury and it has made a huge difference. My mood is also lifted every time I come out and I sleep great that evening. Staff are lovely and it's all in all a great experience. Highly recommend.

After a long standing injury on my knee and a relatively new injury to my Achilles tendon I was told by my physio of a number of different treatments and Cryo was one of the suggestions, with ResetCryo opening so close to where I live I thought I would be mad not to try it.

My first session I had both the compression boots and 4 minutes in the chamber, after feeling sceptical at first I can confirm after getting out of the chamber I felt rejuvenated and fresh. I think both the compression boots and being in the chamber have both made a huge difference to my mobility to the point I'm actually feeling able to go back to the gym and train again. Something I genuinely thought I would not be able to do ever again, so both physically and mentally I felt great. I would strongly recommend this to anyone going through any recovery of injuries or even if you are just training.

Staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable and professional explaining everything to you and using the latest equipment.

I head out to ResetCryo once a week and as well as the benefits to the body, I found it such a saviour to the mind. Being able to have my head cleared and feel relaxed once a week is such a benefit, also really aids my sleep. Would recommend to anyone. You also get really good service from friendly staff which helps in your relaxation and rehab.

First Experience of Cryo yesterday.. and it was FAB! I had the cryo facial and did 3 and half minutes in the chamber. I was sceptical at first as I hate the cold.. but it really wasn’t as bad as I thought. I came out with lots of energy and felt really revitalised. i have an ongoing back injury ( protruding disk) and last night was the first night in a long time a had a great night sleep with no back trouble. The Facial was GREAT, you could notice the difference immediately and even more so the next day.. i am positively glowing 🙂 The girls at Cryo are so nice and helpful and really reassure you if you are a little unsure at first. I will 100% be going back regularly now. Thanks Ladies xx
