AVOID AVOID AVOID dealing with Efficient Energy. I signed up 8 properties with them on a 5-year contract, but we had to dispose of 3 properties during this period. Despite being verbally assured by their salesperson that no additional charges would apply if we provided proof of the end of tenancy agreement, they are now pursuing me for thousands of pounds because I "failed to provide written notice within a 14-day period." I’m now in the process of closing all my accounts with them and strongly advise against falling for their cold calls as I did. I regret being misled by their promises.

Alex and Corey did a great job. They got me electric rates that are good on today's market, reserved for when my current contract ends in a years time. I imagine it'll be a good deal, as the rates are sure to go up by then, considering the current government we have, and the expensive push towards the net-zero nonsense.
