I had the heat pump and solar panels installed last summer, the work was completed quickly and tidily by the Solar Tech Team. The heat pump is very efficient, and easy to use, it did take a few weeks to get understand how to get the most from it. I would recommend a heat pump and Solar Heat Tech to anyone considering having one fitted.

Very disappointing experience with this company. It took 4 months from my initial enquiry with them to get a survey booked in (and also a lot of chasing up). And then after chasing a further 5 times over a period of another 3 months they sent me 1 line email saying they had supplier issues and couldn't quote. So a total of 7 months and we were no further on.

Customer service was abysmal, I didn't get one email or call from them unless I got in touch with them first. And if supplier issues were the problem this could have been explained months before.

All in all really disappointing. There had been numerous times during what was a very lengthy process where I considered getting someone else to quote but I stuck with Solar Heat Tech as they appeared to be a small local company who I would therefore prefer to give the work to.
