We went to this cash and carry and had a horrible experience, the timings online said till 2pm so we reached by 1:25pm and they did not allow us in at all. We were from three hours away and came to get a few things. The manager was absolutely ignorant and not ready to hear a word. The workers were also very rude. Change your timings if your not gonna allow anyone in after 1:30pm. Mannerless people, workers and especially manager. For a store like such, customer service is supposed to be your best achievement but here it is nothing but rudeness. Extremely disappointing!!!

The worst place and worst cash & carry I seen my life. The website timing says somthing and on the entrace timings are diffrent. Still don't understand how the compnay products and that cash and carry running. I would suggest to Nactco to close that place open somewhere else. The staff don't know that to an asian cash& caryy only most asian will come. Staff are very rude. Untidy and Unsafety palce. The doesn't have common sence. I guess Wuhan wet market is better than this place.
None of them doesn't know what is customer serivce.

I would say better avoid this place before visting it.
