If there was one place I could recommend to others for mental , emotional , spiritual and physical well being . It would certainly be the Zenergy centre. The ladies at the centre are so warm and lovely , and very knowledgeable, they make you feel very welcome .
When I went in I had a backache , in about 2 days the pain subsided . I didn’t have to take any medicines .
After a few regular visits , I felt my energy surge , I was able to do things that wasn’t always possible . My quality of sleep improved , which has been a struggle for me for nearly 2 years . My anxiety decreased . Over all I feel happier and more positive. I also noticed in my last few sessions , I was able to get into a meditative trance swiftly, just by sitting down on the recliner chairs . It was as though my body was a conduit for cosmic energy.. Meeting wonderful clients there, who had their own true stories to share , is the high light of it all ! I guess this is the way forward for a brighter , healthier, happier , more wonderful
world !

The Zenergy Centre is a wonderfully soothing and healing experience. From the overall environment, to the staff and the other people you meet there. The energy is uplifting, nurturing and balancing. I have attended sessions where you relax in the sumptuous chairs and sessions where there is a specific focus. I have benefited from them all. It's becoming a hub for natural and restorative networking. I look forward to each visit and consider those of us who live locally to be blessed to have access.

This is the third EE experience we have tried. All different venues. This was the Best! We did an overnight stay. It was spacious, comfortable, the staff so welcoming, friendly & helpful. The over night experience was wonderful. It took me to a completely different level of relaxation. After a very emotionally stressful week it was just what I needed. It felt so safe & free of phones & wifi.

I absolutely love visiting Zenergy, the staff are amazingly knowledgeable and friendly. The centre is run by genuinely beautiful people and after each session I feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I really do feel like I have had my batteries recharged and I know that it’s helping me heal my mind body and soul.

I cannot recommend this place enough, an absolute must visit.

I receive a warm welcome from Zenergy staff before I enter the comfortable treatment room where soft background music helps me to chill and relax. The hour session feels almost indulgent as I sink into the comfortable armchair and drift into a deep state of rest, oblivious of the outside world and its pressures. My mind calms down and I emerge refreshed and revitalised. At home in the evening I sleep deeply, another benefit of the treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending the Zenergy Centre.

Our autistic son has had 5 weekly sessions and is now beginning to show forward thinking. Last week he had an altercation with another child on the school bus. Cain is non verbal but for the 1st time he showed me what had happened. Today he has tricked me to get what he wants 😂 more and more progress each time, he loves his sessions it's good to see him so chilled ☺️

For me myself it's also helping with my fatigue i suffer more in winter with. The sessions are keeping me uplifted and helping me to keep going (fighting the hermit 😅).

All the staff are so friendly, caring, helpful and very knowledgeable.

My session here was the best decision I ever made.i feel so happy and calm and im sure it can only get better. I felt the energy touching me all over my body especially my thyroid and womb area it’s like a warm tingling and I just know I’m healing. The premises are so serene and calm and everyone there is beautiful 🤩. See you next week to do it all again 🥰😍
