I have dealt with Blizzard Telecom who have bent over backwards for a charity I introduced them to. The charity team was so happy when in the first year they saved £2200.from just the knowledge and support from one of the Blizzard Team. They did not need to be so helpful, but it has made a great start to my clients relationship with them. They are now on a new sytem that is better cheaper more reliable all from the advice from Blizzard.

With my own dealings the account staff have been very quick and precise when I have had issues .Very impressive look forward to doing business with them for many years.

I am posting this review to warn potential customers of the poor level of service I have received from Blizzard Telecom.

I have stuck with this company over the last 3+ years even though they haven't been fantastic but it was more of a hassle to move than to stay with them but after how I personally feel they have dealt with my company I have felt compelled to leave them and also post a negative review of which Alison told me if I did I would be taken to court. I had to remind here that it is not against the law to post a truthful review online but she repeatedly tried her strong arm tactics of threatening with legal action (not very professional if you ask me.)

So I decided to upgrade to fiber with them and was told my install date would be the 3rd of Jan. By the 4th of Jan I called them and asked them what was happening they seemed to not know what was going on and then blamed that BT had to do extra works and this should be done on the 9th of Jan. 9th of Jan came and still nothing so I though I would leave it until the following week and see what happens but 2 days later my internet goes down. So I frantically called them asking them what was going on and I was met with a very displeasing attitude which lacked any urgency to help. I was told repeatedly that day someone would call back but had to keep chasing for updates.

They then eventually gave me an answer after several hours of calling and told me it would not be fixed until between the hours of 8am-1pm the following day. That means my business would have lost over 1.5 days of business costing over £5000 to my business. They had a complete computer has no attitude about this and then pushed all the blame to BT. Now I can understand that it may not be completely Blizzard fault but here is the problem. I pay them to give me internet therefore I expect them to make sure that my internet is running at all times and all they want to do is hide behind terms and conditions and push the blame away from themselves. Unacceptable to me regardless of their terms and conditions they are a utility company and if they can't provide a reliable service they should close down and try something else.

So I waited until gone 3pm the next day to have my old connection put back on. so not only was I without internet for 2 days I also had exactly what I started with what was the point?

After this I asked them to cancel the order as I wanted to move my services elsewhere. They told me I couldn't as I am in contract with them but what I feel is funny is the start date of my fiber contract is the 3rd of Jan. Its now the 15th of Jan and I still have no fiber therefore the contract should be void but no they wish to charge me for it for the next 12 months.

Avoid this inept company like the plague. Service is dismal and customer service is disgraceful. Oh yeah and if you don't agree with them and want to review the poor service they threaten to take you to court. What a joke!

One of the worst companies I have had to deal with, I constantly get marketing telephone calls from this company trying to sell me something every week even though I have rang you up multiple times to get my phone number removed from your marketing list.

The fact you cannot remove my number from that list shows poor staff communication skills within the workplace there.

Go up
