James is a very effective practitioner. I was suffering from pain due to multiple injuries to the tendons in my arms which was affecting my career as a performing musician. It is hard to put into words how much I value James Crowe. I have returned to working with James after the first 18 months of the pandemic, during which I had a hip replacement. I had almost forgotten how my legs, hips and pelvis could feel relaxed and soft and movement could feel integrated. Physio has been important in rebuilding strength but James has provided something special and given me a new normal in restoring trust in my body. I cannot recommend James enough.

From the lessons with James I have techniques to prevent this occurring as I go through the day. Now I have more ease and less fatigue without having to set aside time for practice or exercise because what James teaches I can simply incorporate into my normal working activity.
