Harassment!!! I called for a quote based on the unverified good reviews on google. They give a price twice as high as I did it later. I did not accept their quotes. I tried to call them and tell them that their service is required any longer. I also sent them emails to tell them that I have not accepted their invoice. despite this they kept sending text messages, emails, automatically generated communications. Furthermore They arranged appointment without my agreement telling me that they will be in my property to do the EPC. In addition threatening that if there is nobody in the property I will be charged me anyway
