I wish I read the reviews for this😭😭. I went to dump at a waste management site and they said I needed a licence and gave me a paper with all the information on how to apply. Me being dumb just followed the instructions and it took me to the website for this I got lower tier paid £49.99 and never got anything. Called many times and tried live chat many time which by the way it’s not a live chat it’s just a leave message kinda thing and they will get back to you just like when you call them after all that I heard nothing from them. I went on the gov website and I found out I could of got a lower tier licence from there for totally FREE.😭😤

Very similar website to the government one, but scam you put of your money.

It is not a government website/organization. It is private and charges are more than double than government £154 for upper tier licence. If you taken the licence by mistake they don't come in your reach, no phone calls answer, no emails reply, phone is always on voicemail and after leaving the message they don't call you back. Very poor service, they are using very similar government name. avoid them. never would recommend them for waste licence.
