I’ve just had the pleasure of attending one of Guy’s slow selling seminars. Apart from being very enjoyable, it was very useful and has given me confidence to move on in my business. He pointed out different aspects of business which are very practical and I can instigate in my own business. He is clearly passionate about helping people achieve their goals. I found Guy's workshop really helpful. He was very friendly and approachable, was clear in presenting the ideas and he managed to shape any areas to the specifics of each participant. I came away feeling ready and positive about the steps forward that I need to take- for me this was around confidence in small steps to build up my systems but also to keep it all within good habits going forward. I attended The 4 Vital Principles of Business Success by Guy Arnold of Slow Selling at Exeter library. I offer a service and everything Guy covered I could use in my business. For me, the most beneficial part of the three hour course was Guy highlighting the benefits of feedback, Customer Focused Mission, BEAR and TEA. Throughout Guy would provide helpful hints and tips.
