I see the other reviews about helpful staff and great service - I believe this used to be true, in the past.

However, I tried to make a purchase before Christmas '21 and was told I need to open an account, and for that I need to come back after Christmas. Waited a week into January '22 to open an account, only to be told that nobody can open an account anymore.

I get through 4,000-5,000L annually, and the most convenient and best priced local gas supplier has sod all interest in selling gas!

Very disappointing from a formally good company. This is not bad service - this is no service. What the hell is going on?!

Delivery guy claimed our 47kg cylinders are full as they are heavy. I've just lifted the empties out by myself. They've been empty for a couple weeks after the boiler cut out. This is the third time they have failed to deliver. Dubious about all these 5 star reviews with no comments. Looking to move to Enduragas

atrocious company,manager a disgrace to humanity..i had nearly ran out of lpg for my van and refused to serve me because i had no account yet had been going there for 10 years
