We called Ben as our boiler had stopped working. After some checks and tests it was agreed the best course of action was to replace the boiler. Ben was able to fit us in within the next two days and was very friendly, helpful, tidy and professional from start to finish. Very pleased with the new boiler and the Central heating system works better than ever! Every thing was explained clearly and patiently at all stages of the job. Great price as well.
We cannot recommend Ben enough!

I could not fault Ben at Lombardi in any way. He and his apprentice efficiently fitted a new combi boiler, fully flushed the CH system - resulting in a heated towel rail dormant for 6 years coming back to life - and installed a new rad. I was particularly impressed by his knowledge of the science involved in optimising the system’s efficiency and the innumerable energy-saving tips he imparted while with me. He went the extra mile.

Firstly, I would like to say that I write very few reviews. but I felt that the service I received today deserved one - and a good one.

Ben serviced my gas boiler today, I was most pleased with how it went. He was very thorough in his approach to the task and he
discussed with me in advance about everything he was going to do. Having finished, he told me what he had found. He showed me how clear a sample of circulating water was and how that signified no inhibitor needed to be added. He also told me to keep an eye on leaves falling from a tree quite close to the Flue as he had cleared a few leaves for it. He reduced the pump speed and turned down the boiler thermostat and explained the benefits this would bring in energy saving and reduced system stress and reported that all the readings taken were fine and the boiler was in good order.

Ben left me feeling very confident in what he had done, so I asked him to pencil me in for an Annual service going forwards

I received a "Boiler Service Record" by email about an hour after he had left. Followed by a second email confirming a date and time in twelve months for my next service.

Fantastic service! I have no hesitation in recommending Lombardi Heating.

Contacted Ben due to a broken boiler, received a response within 20 minutes and he came out first thing the following day! Ben is professional and friendly, he fixed our issue very quickly as well as checking the water quality and providing information with what we can do to improve our heating system.
