Came in today to buy equipment for my garage and such a gentleman called Bobby who works by the wholesale area assisted me with finding the right equipment and he picked everything for me and brought it to my car. That was so nice of him. I came in the store very stressed and left so happy. Thank you Bobby God bless you 🙏

Visited my local B&q at hedge end wanted to buy some solid wood flooring and fitting was lucky enough to bump into Jess who I can say was absolutely amazing so helpful gave the best customer service I have had she also got Steph from the office to offer further advice who in turn were super efficient they even made sure that another B&q organised a pick up from Farnham to make sure we had enough packs so we could start our project as soon as possible both Jess and Steph went way beyond I do hope that B&q realise what great employee they have in Steph and Jess

They cut sheet material to size which isn't just useful to fit things in the car, but they will make whole projects much easier. The cutting service has a professional and very helpful member since of staff operating the machine. Parking is free. A burger van is on site which is always a bonus 😁

You should be a manager Personality plus! Tottally engaging with the Customer along side knowing which Isle every product was on that we needed WoW !!!!
When we arived the team were having a huddle we were waiting to ask for help untill after the meeting was finished but you noticed us and asked could you help.... thats a conectivity to people you then blew us away with your advice and help . We have been shoping at B & Q for 20 years and you are the only person who has ever been a totall asset to the Job role
We came to B & Q hedge end & its got to be the best experience from a lady called Kerry what can I say 100% Authentic B & Q staff member GIVE THAT GIRL a RAISE

The store is clean and holds a lot of stock.... The only thing I really dislike about this store, and the reason I only go as a last resort, is being called love by female members of staff, it is not appropriate and makes me feel uncomfortable.

Popped in today Sunday for some spray paint 🎨 plenty of stock helpful 🙂 staff pointed us in the right direction to find what we needed plenty of parking 🅿️ disabled too even a tea ☕ hut in the car park.
